The Pacific Heartbeat team of the Heart Foundation invite you to register for this FREE one-hour online Community Nutrition Workshop.  

 This workshop will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday  31  March  from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. 

 You will learn about heart health statistics and their impact on our communities in Aotearoa. We’ll also explore the key types of foods our bodies need every day, why they’re important, and simple tips to help you include a healthy balance of these foods in your everyday meals.

Registrations close 5.00pm Tuesday 24 March 2026.
