The Heart Foundation is hosting FREE community sessions to discuss managing stress and anxiety with a heart condition.

Are you worried about your heart condition diagnosis, or are you concerned about how stress can affect you?

Speaker Emma-Kate Nash, Wellbeing Practitioner will talk about ways to deal with and manage stressful times and give you some tools to help you in everyday life.

These sessions are for people living with heart disease and their whānau.
