Pasifika Plates nutrition workshop - online

The Pacific Heartbeat team of the Heart Foundation invite you to register for a FREE one-hour online nutrition workshop – Pasifika Plates.

This workshop is for people working with Pasifika communities in health and education, helping you strengthen your nutrition practice, deepen cultural understanding, and improve wellbeing outcomes.

This workshop will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 25 March from 12.00pm to 1.00pm.

What you will learn:

You will learn more about food foundations for everyday nutrition and the strength and meaning of food. This workshop explores daily essential food groups through familiar cultural foods, showing how simple choices can support heart health and wellbeing. Grounded in culture, family, and shared meals, it offers practical nutrition knowledge that can be used with confidence in Pasifika spaces.
