The Pacific Heartbeat team of the Heart Foundation invite you to register for a free one hour online nutrition workshop, Pasifika Plates – Food labels made easy.

It will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 29 July from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.

This workshop is for people working with Pasifika communities in health and education. It will help strengthen your nutrition practice, deepen cultural understanding and improve wellbeing outcomes.

Learn how to read and understand food labels and the health star rating system on packaged foods.
Discover how these tools can help you identify key nutrients linked to heart health, compare products, and make informed food choices.
Gain practical nutrition knowledge that can be confidently used in Pasifika homes and communities.
