hour Pasifika Plates nutrition workshop – Rethinking fats.

Delivered online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 16 June from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. This workshop is for people working with Pasifika communities in health and education, helping you strengthen your nutrition practice, deepen cultural understanding and improve wellbeing outcomes.

What you will learn:
Rethinking fats breaks down the difference between types of fats and how you can help our Pasifika communities make heart-healthy choices that are culturally grounded in familiar foods and everyday practices.
